Review on Nexcess by Jeff Drollinger

This was an easy decision for us since we have been with them in previous years as well! They are always there when you need it most which make their service very reliable compared other companies that tend not to be around much during busy times of day or night (which makes support difficult). The customer reps were never able to answer my questions about using features I didn't know existed like cPanel backups but they did help me find answers quickly once given direction by myself so all's good here at least :) If your looking into this type product then definitely consider getting one because its simple enough anyone can use without having any prior experience needed. Since moving over to NEXCESS everything has run smooth sailing no problems whatsover!!
