Review on πŸ‘ TRAVANDO Men's Wallet HOUSTON – Blocking Minimalist Accessories: A Must-Have! by Sean Reddy

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Like a purse. Does not completely block RFID.

Bought this purse a year ago for a trip abroad. One of the reasons I got it was the ability to block RFID. I've been using the wallet for a whole year and I really liked it. It is well designed and well preserved. Unfortunately, I just found out that it doesn't block RFID signals as advertised, at least not completely. I put the hotel room RFID card key in the outside pocket of my wallet and was able to open the door with no problem. I checked it several times and was able to log in every time. The story changes when you put a card in one of the inside pockets. Once in the wallet I couldn't get him to open the door. Unfortunately, the description doesn't mention that the outside pocket doesn't block RFID signals, which is where I've carried my primary credit card for a year. All the photos even show the credit card in the outside pocket. It's not a bad wallet yet. It only has one flaw which can be bypassed if you feel you are in an area where you think you may need RFID blocking.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Disappearance
