I like that it tracks your leads, you can do so many things with this software once you learn how! The customer service has been great too. It's not easy for newbies to use the system. You need to really know what you're doing before using this product. If you have some experience in lead generation or tracking then this will help but if you don't understand these types of systems you may be better off looking at another tool. This allows me to go back into my data and see where people are clicking next/previous/etc. KloudPortal is a great software for any business to have a website like a shopify etc. It is a great software with a lot of features. The customer support is amazing. The price is also ok, but the price could be a little bit more expensive. I highly recommend KloudPortal. The price is ok and the customer support is amazing. We are using KloudPortal to manage all our online stores. We are saving a lot of time and money.
