Was good at first but got bad after a year

This mattress topper was comfy at first when I bought it in Dec 2021 but recently I find it dips in the middle and has caused me and my partner a bunch of neck and shoulder pain and the quality of our sleep has plummeted; I keep waking up in the middle of the night and can’t get a full nights rest.I’d avoid this at all cost; does not last a long time

Pros

Easy to open and set up for use. Adds needed comfort to a flimsy pull out sleep sofa.

Cons

The topper may not provide enough support for heavier individuals
