Great product - wish there was better documentation
The ability to create a master data set that is easily adaptable, scalable, and highly reliable for our business needs. The support team has been fantastic, and they are always willing to help with any request we have. I do not like how difficult it is to find information about how to use the software. There should be an overview available in the user guide or training materials. The software can be difficult to navigate at first. The benefits are that this tool allows us to create a master data set that will be used by multiple departments within our organization, and thus reduces redundancies in our system.
