Easy setup. I like the feel of the phone. There are no volume controls or buttons on the sides of the phone. nothing on the phone indicates you're using a 4G network for voice or data. The only settings are 2g, 3g or automatic. I emailed support and they responded quickly that the phone supports 4G. So my guess is that if it's set to automatic you'll be using 4G when it's available. I think I'll find out next year when at&t stops offering 3G service. In general, I'm happy with the phone so far. This is a good deal for the price paid. The phone does everything I need. I don't really use it for internet, only for calls, texting and email.
