Turtle necks are best. If you have a dog with a smaller one.
Very nice sweater, but it fits strangely. The collar part is too tight, stay away from boyfriend collar style, turtlenecks are best. If you have a dog with a smaller head and neck but larger body, this style is for you. All others go to the turtle's neck.
