I like how you can change your color scheme at any time! We've had an open system up until now but it was not easy to see what our customers were doing so we could follow-up with them quicker, or get their input if they needed help understanding something from us (we're using this mostly as inventory tracking).

It makes keeping track even more difficult when there are multiple people entering data simultaneously - especially since everything is stored locally rather than online where someone else might easily be able to alter information without knowing who did anything first! Easy way to keep tabs on things within one place instead several different places depending upon which employee has access/needs info most often - also great tool for training new staff members about current processes & procedures!!
