Review on Laura Ashley Home Linley Collection Quilt Set: 100% Cotton, Reversible, Lightweight & Breathable Bedding in Queen Size - Pale Yellow by Erin Hawkins

I really like this blanket. I received it yesterday and washed it first just to get rid of the new smell so I could put it on my bed last night. This is a full queen duvet that I put on my queen size bed and even after washing in hot water and drying in a hot dryer it allows for plenty of extra room. i like colors The yellow is more muted than it was when I first noticed it on the list, but I'm actually quite happy with it because I didn't want a bright, blinding yellow. It's really a calmer color and I love it with my blue walls. The floral pattern is blue and has some tan or in it. The back is blue and white striped. Another thing to note is that the corners are rounded. Much more than in the photo. I thought maybe it's just the bottom two corners, but all four are rounded. This may seem strange to some, but it didn't bother me. The listing photo had slightly rounded corners, but they are rounded as if taking a dinner plate and cutting it into shape. Didn't think to take a picture but they are really different if that bothers you. The blanket is very soft. I love it when I wash and dry it, the quilt bunches up a bit and looks like a quilt you've had for 10 years. It's cuddly and soft. This lightweight duvet is perfect for summer or any season with a duvet underneath. I plan to use it all year round. The shams that come with it are great. The top is quilted and the bottom is flat which I like so it doesn't get too bulky. I love it and highly recommend it. Bought it for a great price of $47 and I can see the price has gone up but I would pay up to $80 for this beautiful 2 piece quilt set. Thank you for reading my review, Becky Brooks.
