Every Time I turn it OFF, then ON, .

Every Time I turn it OFF, then ON, it won’t recognize my wireless router. It won’t pick up any iHEART radio stations. On the regular radio feature, it only picks up FM not AM. I have another wireless internet radio that I purchased from Revain that works very well.
