I am happy with the reading glasses themselves, but the supplied case and bubble wrap smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I am trying to wash the case right now and am hoping the smell will come out. Very disappointing as I waited for the package for almost a week. I didn't want to go through the return process as the glasses themselves are fine, but I'd really like to use a case. If the cigarette smell doesn't go away I just have to throw away the cigarette case as the smell makes me physically nauseous.*** I would like to add this after contacting the seller just to let him know about the smell, very kindly granted me a full refund without my asking. I felt it was handled very well on their part. If I had to rate the customer service I would give 5 stars.
