Ignore any reviews saying this product produces a gentle massage (my favorite mode). You have not read the instructions. To feel results, your neck needs to be wet. For best results, your neck should be WET. I have severe pain and stiffness in my neck to the point where I can barely turn my head from side to side. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first use and it got better every time I used the product. I've used it about four times. It's not just a TENS machine tapping against your skin to distract you from the pain. This causes muscle contractions and depending on how much water you put on your neck, it's STRONG. I love it. I would buy it again.
