This was bought for my mom so my brother and sister and I can send her photos remotely. I looked at a few shots before deciding on this one. Pros: The display is nice and big so it's easy to see when you hang it on the wall. The image itself is clear (provided the resolution of the photo is appropriate). Setup was pretty easy and I was able to walk my sister through the process over the phone. Photos come fast, videos too. The sound quality is decent and loud enough when it's fully on, which I think is sufficient for grandparents who are somewhat hard of hearing while the bezel is near them (the bezel owner has to physically choose to watch the video like this). the product is all should still be there). The frame is affordable compared to other brands. I like the stylish look; I thought the bezel was black but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was dark brown. It offers many features for people who need more than just photos and videos. It has an auto on/off feature so the user doesn't have to fiddle with turning it on and off when wall mounted. I had to contact DragonTouch twice for assistance. Both times they responded quickly and answered my questions. Cons: Although the frame is wall mountable, it's only a touchscreen, so the owner has to go to the wall frame every time they want to watch a video or use any other feature of the frame (some other frames have one Touchscreen and comes with a remote control so this problem can be avoided, I hadn't thought of that and would like it as the receiver is mobility impaired.). It doesn't have a motion sensor - this frame has an automatic on/off switch, but if you're more concerned with power consumption then a motion sensor would be ideal as it would only trigger when it detects someone near the frame. To watch the video you have to exit the slideshow and go to a completely different part of the frame - I was hoping the videos would just blend in with the photos (although this can be intimidating if you don't expect noise and then suddenly conversations or listening to music out of frame). Multiple users can submit photos, but the frame can't tell you who sent which photo. When it is first submitted, a particular user's photos are in their user space, but eventually this ends and all the photos are merged in storage. The split would make deleting the photos much easier and also let the owner of the frame know who sent which photos. You can add a description to photos, but unlike the NixPlay frame, the description will NOT appear on the photo (you will need to go to the details of the photo to view it, so if you have a grandparent who is forgetful or can't tell Grandchildren aside, you were unlucky). So far I am satisfied with the purchase. I need to see how easy it is for a technologically undeveloped grandmother to work.
