Review on Joyroom Capacitive Stylus Pen For Touch Screens by Justin Sherman

So we had this stylus for a week. Actually I was preparing to write a five star review. We bought a pen because my kids are studying remotely from home on tablets, and I've noticed that their handwriting has deteriorated even after doing all their work on keyboards and touchscreens for just a few months. I bought a stylus so my kids can write their notes and complete their assignments online in a way that encourages their manual work. This pen is perfect for that. Very accurate screen tracking, good weight, definitely helped with natural writing as it felt very natural to hold EXACTLY like a regular pen or pencil. Very chic and attractive looking. Publication. We've been like this for 8 days. It has been used 7 of those days and when my son removed the cap this morning the tip came loose with it. I'm guessing based on the magnetic nature of the lid, but I'm not sure. The tip cannot be repaired either. ***Updated from original review*** Customer service took the initiative to contact me to offer a replacement or refund for the defective pen. I appreciate it very much. I'm updating my review to reflect the positive interaction with customer service and that this is a company that is willing and willing to address such issues.
