I was skeptical. I have a prescription for dry mouth and the medication doesn't even work as well as this one. I'm thrilled that there is a solution to my dry mouth and that's it. Nothing else I have tried over the counter or prescribed has worked. It also helped me sleep well.

My mother suffered so much from double doses of chemotherapy and radiation that she was so hard on her body and her salivary glands dried up. She was unhappy! I had severe dry mouth. I ordered this product hoping to get hydration overnight. The first time I used it I smeared it all over my mouth and immediately wanted to spit it out - the taste was awful. If it worked I would figure out how to get through it, but unfortunately it took maybe half an hour. I would not recommend this product.

I just didn't like the Biotene products that my dentist gave me as a sample. The taste of the texture and how short it lasted. I really liked this product. This is way better than the moisturizing mouth gel you buy at the pharmacy. It's not as thick or as sweet but lasts longer than the gel I bought (biotin). The previous product is effective for about 3 hours at night, but this one is longer. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and my mouth isn't completely dry. This is a good product and I recommend it.

It doesn't completely get rid of my dry mouth but it definitely helps. The taste is absolutely fine, but I feel a slight burning sensation when I swallow it after it sits and moves in my mouth. It's expensive, but it's always there for me when I need it. I've bought it 3 times so far. I am thankful for this product.

I was looking for a dry mouth product when I saw your toothpaste. Their product mentioned that toothpaste contains enzymes to help fight this horrible disease. Well, when I first used toothpaste, not much happened. But with continued use, my dry mouth has gotten a lot better. I also bought a dry mouth gel, this product with no harsh chemicals is fantastic. Thank you for this new product.

No topical product lasts all night, but Oral7 Gel lasts much longer than conditioners. Great for the night. Try a little in a cap. The combination is much more effective than both alone. Highly recommended!

Now after brushing my teeth I apply some gel, use a tiny piece of 3m tape to keep my mouth from opening at night and I wake up with fresh breath. and wet mouth.
