When I first got the ball, I was a bit disappointed because it looked like it was made of rubber. I pumped it up and pumped it up too much because when we used it it really hurt. When I took some air out of it it was much better but it still hurt. It’s not as much fun to play with and You hear a lot of ouches and complaining from players.The one nice thing is it is a very seeable ball in the dark and really fun to play with on that aspect.

We used this ball for a church youth "Glowball” event after a youth rally. It stayed bright and didn’t cut in and out like another LED volleyball we also used did. We used this for over 3hrs and it was still as bright at the end as in the beginning. Company sent me a separate email to ensure we knew how to maintenance and care for the ball. No cons, only pros, thanks!

Very visible and a blast for when we are not ready to stop playing when it gets dark. I got a defective ball the first time but nightmatch made it right. Very pleased

My light up ball works perfectly! No problems so far, and it has been used over a dozen times now. I would highly recommend, just make sure it is fully inflated before playing with it! I also really appreciated the email the company sent out with suggestions and tips, it was very nice.

I love this ball. In fact it is my second. If you are looking for a way to extend your volleyball game later into the dark, this is what you want. If you want it to be exactly like your daytime volleyball - then you may be disappointed. Obviously the addition changeable batteries and an LED already make it feel a little different. Lights up great and stays on for maybe 10 seconds in between hits so works great for playing at night. I think with a single bounce it stays on for 30 seconds but after regular play it seems to go off after 10 seconds which is better in my mind cause it saves the battery. Overall it is a great product, I've had it for about two weeks and no problems. We got it dirty/muddy from playing in the rain and it cleaned up really easy with water and a rag. This ball was a gift for my niece. It was exactly what we expected it to be and she has had so much fun using it at night! Batteries could die quickly.

The light up feature is nice, however, the ball is nothing but poorly made rubber. Trying to play volleyball with this hard rubber ball is painful. If you are a regular volleyball or beach volleyball player, then don't purchase this ball.

It's good for lighting up, but is like a rubber ball from Walmart. It kills your forearms and is not intended for play. It should be advertised as just a light up ball but not a volleyball.

Upon opening the bag I was not happy with the rubber quality. It looks painful, but we will give it a chance on our next youth volleyball night. Honestly for the price I should just send it back, but I want to see what other people think before I do.Will update review if things go better or worse.

Item arrived quickly but when we went to use it, the lights went off after one hit. We replaced the batteries and again, after the first hit the light went off. We are returning the item and we've already received a replacement.

The light came loose inside the ball after one serve and didnt stay lit. It would flicker every so often, but did not do as advertised.

It hurts when you hit it because of the plastic part where the light is. It's cool, but I wouldn't play with it with short sleeves on. You will be bruised.
