This is a really great Volleyball. So far had it for about two weeks and used practically everyday since i got it. It does come flat when you receive it but also comes with a pump and needle as well as replacement batteries. Now before i got it, I thought it was going to be a low dim light but surprisingly its pretty bright. It has gotten through some abuse but still holding up, no rips, bumps, or any wear shown yet besides a few marks from playing on gravel. I have rinsed it multiple times and

First ball didn’t last, but received a new one and so far we are enjoying it. Company stands behind their product! Refreshing!

The lights inside the ball come on when you hit it then off when the next person hits it. Literally impossible to play at night

The pump broke and then while playing with the ball, it just stopped lighting up. I would like my refund. But they state they want the product in its original condition.

I bought two of these balls for the girls team that I coach. The idea was to hold a glow in the dark practice. We only used them once. They looked great and the light did not fade at all. However, the balls were very hard and hurt the girls arms when they tried to play with them. They were completely useless to play with. It was really disappointing because I thought it was a great idea.

I'm a US soldier and currently in Afghanistan. My team loves to play volleyball together, but as soon as the sun sets behind the mountains, it's nearly impossible to see the ball coming at you. We ended up getting a Night Match volleyball and it was the greatest thing that ever happened to our FOB. Does not glow very brightly, light goes off and on every time you hit it from one person to the next and it stopped working altogether about 2 weeks after I got it.

Hard rubber almost plastic ball. I liked that it Glows when bounced for about 30 seconds then auto shuts off. No worries about wasting batteries.

Maybe I received the only bad one of the bunch but we had a glow in the dark volleyball game scheduled for our church youth activity and this volleyball only stayed lit for about 10 minutes. This is a Christmas gift for my niece. So we have been unable to use it yet. But it looks durable, shipped quickly, and was exactly as described.

After fowling all the instructions this ball immediately started losing air, my daughter didn’t even get a chance to take it outside and hit it once! Don’t waist your money.

I love this thing. I bought it to play night volleyball with a youth group, and this thing is great! First, it's SO much better than any glow in the dark version, this thing really lights up! (only caveat is the light will sometimes go out mid-air as it is on a timer once it is hit). Second, the texture and hardness of this ball is so great, we now use this as our regular volleyball, even with the lights on! Highly recommend it!

The original ball I was sent would turn off when hit (instead of staying on). But with a short email explaining what happened, the company quickly sent a replacement. And the new one has been doing great.

Bought this to play with when family and friends come over. I was really excited it lights up good but hurts like heck when it hits your forearms. I would recommend using with long sleeves.

I love how this ball lights up at night. It is a like a bright sun or beetlejuice (another star). My neighbors have the light up volley ball by Glow City and this one is far superior. The Glow City volley ball only has stripes that light up. This one is brighter because the whole ball lights up. Absolutely love it!

Really neat idea, and it lights up well, but it is fairly painful to play with. You'll have bruises on your arms and it's definitely not the same feel as a regular volleyball. Pros, however, is there doesn't seem to be a better "light up volleyball" out there, and it comes with extra batteries and a pump. We've used it for 4 night games and have not had to change the battery.

Received it and after the first day playing with it the light goes off and on every time it's touched. No longer stays on until not in use. Was fun the first day and excited about the summer with it but not what we had expected. Short life.

Update - got a 2nd ball and the light stays on great! That first one must have been a lemon, it happens sometimes. Would definitely recommend this ball, kids play volleyball at night and love it.1st review - it doesn’t work very well. Once you hit it and it lights up, the next time you hit it the light goes back off and will not come back on.
