This is a great show. It is made of high-quality material and, unlike many non-slip high-top boots, offers good support. I wouldn't do anything too strenuous; These are definitely not athletic shoes but they look great and are very comfortable on the foot. These shoes run BIG. So better buy half a size smaller. I sent back the first pair I bought because they were too big and ordered a smaller pair. They fit great and I love them.
