    The show is on! The seller is not very good. The five fingers themselves are exactly as I expected, just smaller than I had hoped. The seller lists shoe size in imperial units only, but all vibroms are listed in metric units. Normally the metric equivalent would be 42 and the maximum would be 43. They sent me a pair of 41s. Large enough to try on to get a clear idea of correct size. However, the seller does not offer an exchange, only a refund. And the cost of returning the wrong size pair will

    I was able to take these Five Fingers on a real hike for the first time since I bought them about a month ago and they fit and work great. Yes, order one size larger than your usual Five Finger shoe size. I wear a size 40 for the Five Finger KSO and Speed (discontinued) so I took their advice and bought a size 41 for these Insulated Trek Ascents.     How to go natural.

    Ideal for hiking and traction on rocky terrain. I've been wearing these shoes for many years and have discovered ones that are suitable for hiking. They are beautifully made, I usually buy a half size larger than I usually wear. If you're not used to these shoes, give yourself a few weeks to get used to them. You work the leg muscles.

    It's amazing in my opinion

    This was my first purchase and I was very surprised. My toes are so comfortable and I love the feeling of being free. My foot is 26cm, originally I was supposed to wear 40.41, but after hearing the advice to wear a large size, I decided to go for 42.

    Toe Tight - my new review

    So what struck me is that I'm a size 41 or 8.5-9 because that's where I'm at in the shoes, they fit my foot well I like to run in, the only problem is what i have is that the fingers are too tight, i wore them continuously for 3 days with thick socks to loosen the material and break them, then wore them without fingers and that didn't seem to help much so white I don't know if you need to go up a size or not I would definitely use the Revain Prime closure system they have.     Great shoes. short lived

    I absolutely love these shoes and find them more comfortable than any other shoes I have worn. However. My last few pairs only lasted about 2-3 months of normal wear before my big toe snapped. I'm sorry, but as much as I love them, the price for this kind of duration just isn't worth it.

    Great winter walking shoes

    As you can see from my photo I am obsessed with Fivefinger shoes. They are excellent for hiking in winter. They're warm and supposedly waterproof, although I haven't tested that feature. They definitely offer the best protection of any five toe shoe I own.

    I love these shoes! I only wear Vibram 5 Fingers as I need to feel as much ground as possible due to spinal issues, but this is my first pair with insulation. I still feel the ground and my feet stay warm and dry!

    I'm Vibram's biggest fan. I've worn at least a few pairs and recommend them to friends. I just hate this particular model because of the laces. Also, it was two sizes smaller than other models I use. Well built and warm, good for 20F as long as it's dry.

    Best barefoot shoes

    I've been wearing Vibram Five Fingers year round in New England for the past six years. I've changed five pairs over the years. This couple is definitely the best match. This is thanks to the laces combined with insulation. No matter how well other pairs fit, without insulation I get blisters on a long hike or run.     Vibram owner for over 7 years

    For most of the last decade I have enjoyed many different types of Vibram shoes. My biggest criticism of them is that they really don't hold up in wet environments. These shoes appear to be able to withstand water ingress, although I haven't been able to test them in extreme conditions. They are definitely very warm and meet my needs, thanks Vibram!
