I began to have heel pain in one of my heels that has since been diagnosed and is currently being treated as plantar fasciitis. I ordered these before I knew what the problem was. There are 3 things that people need to know.1. If you have just one heel hurting, you must wear both of these. They add height to your foot. Although they stuck well I used them on my first day of vacation and I have a terrible chemical burn and I’m at the end of my 8 day of vacation and it’s still there! I was in pain for a couple days and it was not fun, the skin had to peel off and that process was rough! The area around my nipples still hurt! Depth of the stand is so less that my 18 months old girl can climb the counter top of kitchen when this stool is placed near it. If I place it away from the counter top, it becomes even more dangerous as she can put her step on the barricade and tries to reach out for the things placed nearby.
