More Of A Traditional Fit Than Loose

This sweater is not as oversized as I expected it to be. It is sometimes difficult to decipher whether manufacturer sizing guidelines are "to fit X size bust," or are the actual measurements of the garment.I typically wear a size M so that's what I ordered.
