I like how easy it was once you get used to getting in touch via email or chat/call support if needed! We are able fix issues quickly as well so this makes our life easier overall when working remotely from home during quarantine (we're all stuck at work).
The dashboard has some glitches but they seem fixed now since we've been communicating more frequently about them than before which seems good :) Support can be spotty sometimes especially over holiday periods of time such as Christmas etc - however their team do try hard whenever possible too help resolve those problems ASAP thoughout out day / week! Remote Working while self isolating due COVID19 pandemic where no one else works nearby us here therefore unable go into real office every days :D.
