Bought for camping trips so kids can get drunk easily. Fill halfway with ice and stay cold enough all weekend. Very easy to clean. I also really like that this lid has a drainage hole on the side. I've seen a lot, mostly with screw caps, where the drain hole of the cap is in the middle of the bottom of the cap, which annoys me a bit because I inevitably think something could have gotten in there and it can just fall off in the wash. into the beverage jug when you close the lid. Seems an unnecessary risk of potential rudeness when you can just buy this one that has no holes in the lid to hang over your drinks!
