Excellent mortar for mosaic projects
It was exactly what was advertised: a high quality, very finely ground mortar, excellent for small mosaic projects. There isn't much in this container, enough for a long time. I was recreating a fragment of an ancient Roman stained glass mosaic and needed a fine mortar to finish it. I also used it on another project and found that it takes paint really well too: you can use it as a base and then paint the joints if you end up needing a slightly different shade. It worked great and I was very happy I bought it.
