The chair doesn't hold up. No customer support. You get what you pay for.
At first I was happy with this chair. It seemed to do the job. However, after a few months, the armrests started to wobble and tear. The foam in the seat began to compress and no longer offered cushioning. I think I would be fine if the metal holding the back didn't start tearing apart. I only weigh 165 pounds so I wasn't expecting that. If I hadn't caught it, it could have hurt me. I had the chair for about 15 months and the seller referred it to the manufacturer only to get a voicemail with no greeting/prompt with the company name. So I don't even know if I have the right number. At this point I don't have much hope of a recall so I'll either try to weld the chair or maybe just throw it away.
