The flashlight was broken. It didn't work. The charger would not charge the battery. I could not open the flashlight to check the battery. That didn't work either. I could not contact the company because they were on vacation. I did receive a refund.I received a replacement Byblight F12 LED flashlight at a generous discount from the company. At first I could not get it to light. I twisted it from side to side and the light came on. How that made it light I do not know. I did not have any more trouble with the light after that. The light is bright and I can see clear with it. I use it a lot. I give the company customer service a Five Star for working with their customers so they are satisfied.I have used the BOBLIGHT F12 LED rechargeable flashlight for several weeks and it performs well. The bright light holds-up and you can focus the light beam so you can see clearly. It is small and lite weight and fit in tight spaces. It also holds the charge well.The BOBLIGHT has good customer service. If you have any problems they will work with you to resolve the issue. I give BOBLIGHT a FIVE STAR RATING for quality and customer service.
