A must for braces!
My clear ceramic upper braces were chapping my cheeks from the inside and it was unbearable. My orthodontist suggested them and I'm so glad. Several reviewers noted that your teeth won't work if they aren't perfectly straight. I would agree. However, if your braces are just enough, they work wonders. I had to cut them and there is a learning curve to using them, but I would have loved to have had them a few weeks ago!
