I had to cut them and there is a learning curve to using them, but I would have loved to have had them a few weeks ago!

Bought to help my daughter adjust to braces. We ended up cutting off the clip - just enough to cover at least 2-3 teeth - and placing it in the areas that were giving her trouble. Easy to attach - literally with a light touch once you've covered the wires.

It covers my braces well and it's way better than my braces rubbing my upper lip. I can only wear it at home as it sticks out a lot. It was difficult to use the first time, but then it became easy. Holds very well on braces.

I like this more than wax, I mainly use it on my bottom row when I sleep so I don't wake up with cuts on the sides of my mouth! I'm thinking of cutting another to make smaller sections in case I need to cover up the staples when I'm away. Great product, thanks!

I bought these when I needed to wear my braces at night. I tried wearing them to work during the day and I couldn't speak properly in them. They definitely help with rubbing at night. They don't work with electrical circuits though, so I only used them for two months. I also cut out a smaller one so my back doesn't chafe. Despite these few things, this is an amazing product.
