I got this and was very nervous on the price and mixed reviews regarding this product but I got it and trusted my gut telling me to go with it. I was apprehensive when purchasing this due to shipping concerns and reading some reviews about assembly. Myself and a few teens knocked this out in probably 8 hours total over the past weekend. Parts are not all marked. Lots of guess work involved in assembling. Packaging was horrible. The screw packaging was ripped and loose screws everywhere. The directions are strictly pictures (possibly drawn by a 5 year old). Had I not already unpacked it, it would certainly go back. Definitely not worth $3k.UPDATE: So many bent and missing parts. I tried to take a lot of pics while we assembled this. We did it with only two people & it took about 20hrs (a few days). The directions were pretty straight forward, no written instructions, just pictures but it worked. Everything was nicely labeled. The roof was the hardest part for us but after the first few we had it down to a science and it went quite fast. Lots of screws! Some of the pieces came bent as you can see in the pics but we took rubber nose pliers (?) to unbend it w/o scratching

I absolutely LOVE this gazebo! It is everything I hoped it would be and I’m so glad I got it. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge with only pictures and no written instructions to clarify things but we took our time and it is done and we are throughly enjoying it! I highly recommend it.

This pavilion is definitely a great value! We priced at several stores like Lowe's, Costco and Sam's. All of the quality is very high. But the setup is time consuming and required up to four people at various stages. Definitely not a single person setup. Our hot tub is 10x10 and the one we ordered was 10x13, which was perfect.
