I found the canopy (still not fully assembled) to be compatible with description of materials and sturdiness.the frame is presently erected and roof material sheets awaiting to be applied.and here is the issue I have.the holes on my F1 mullions (roof cross members) do not line up with the roof panels themselves. I tried to contact the company, and did via email and they kept providingwhat seemed to be "canned" responses.they requested pictures.I sent.they said the designers want to know if I am working on left side or right that I am experiencing the assembly issue.left or right? on a rectangular canopy? that lost me.MY OVERALL problem is that they will not admit manufacturing problem and try to solve and that they do not know their product well enough to address it, even when I have described it by part number, the problem, pictures and detail more than I should need to submit. BEWARE when purchasing this. after I erected the frame, ran into the roof stopper, I actually spoke with two other people face to face that bought same product, different size and they TOO had the same issue and more other stoppers. I am preparing to drill my own holes in the roof to make it work this weekend.
