Parts are not all marked. Lots of guess work involved in assembling. Packaging was horrible. The screw packaging was ripped and loose screws everywhere. The directions are strictly pictures (possibly drawn by a 5 year old). Had I not already unpacked it, it would certainly go back. Definitely not worth $3k.UPDATE: So many bent and missing parts. This one has made it to the top of my Bad Purchases List.UPDATE#2: customer service will not communicate. They asked me for pictures of the missing parts. When I explained I couldn't take a picture of parts I don't have, all communications stopped. I have an expensive piece a crap on my patio and obviously Walmart doesn't stand behind it either. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!UPDATE #3- company has yet to make right on the missing / damaged parts. They continue to send demeaning emails to me with excuse after excuse. Walmart has yet to respond to me regarding the problem.
