Review on UVBrite Self Cleaning Water Bottle Stainless Steel by James Gregg

My son loved this bottle. So much so that when the first one I got last Christmas broke in August (8.5 months later) I said well it stinks but let's get another one. It felt so good to feel that we had significantly reduced our use of plastic water bottles and this one was half the price of other models. So I ordered a second one in August. Well, it's October and this thing hasn't worked for less than two months. I tried contacting support but all they said was that the cap wasn't screwed all the way in, which didn't really make sense for the problem I was describing. In any case, no matter what we do or how we charge it: with a cap, a cover, various chargers, blocks, etc., the light just stays red. It just won't charge. I am very disappointed with the lifespan of the product but the concept was great and when it worked it was amazing.
