Unusable on active cat

I don’t know how people get their cats in here. I have watched several tutorial videos for this kind of product, but this one just doesn’t seem to work. My cats can easily slide their heads out of the neck hole. They struggle the whole time they’re inside and the zippers don’t stay closed so they get out quickly. I’m returning this today because it’s u usable.
