There was no remote control in the kit, the support service never contacted me.
I will change my rating to 5 stars if they ever send me the remote that was supposed to come with it, but Amazon support has been unable to contact them a number of times and then asked me to investigate. said master cooler customer service hung up and i tried to call them. The case itself is amazing, but having to connect the fans via the buggy motherboard software is a bit of a headache, and I wish I could use them via the PSU, but can't without the remote. All I want is for them to send me a remote control. It's been over a month and they still haven't reached me. EDIT: and now the bottom fan doesn't work properly with RGB. I've already checked all the cables. damn annoying
