Review on 🔧 Optimized Front Track Bar by Rubicon Express - RE1600 by Marlo Schlachter

This chain fitted my 01 XJ just over 3 years ago. It works fine on my sidewalk (no terrain). Three years later I heard popping noises when going over small bumps in the front. It turns out that the zinc coating at the home's connection point has finally failed. This is to be expected as this is my first winter driver on salty New England roads. Just be aware that if you do it daily like I did, the home will eventually need to be replaced. A good excuse to replace all 20-year-old tie rods and ball joints. RE sells a replacement swivel but I chose a PTFE coated version from another company. This is a 3/4-16 left hand thread with a 3/4" shoulder.
