I liked them because they looked very high quality. They even feel high quality. Unfortunately, parting with them is ridiculously awkward. I spent a lot of time wrestling with paperwork, the time it took me to actually work on the dough preparation and baking. I don't know what they do at the factory, but these things are practically glued around the edges. My guess is that the press that cuts the paper needs to be calibrated - it compresses the cut edge before actually cutting the stack. I think I will buy them again from the restaurant depot.
