So easy to install, I did it without my husband's help, the instructions were pretty straightforward and the button was easy to use. Running water in the sink will smell bad, taste bad, you can't fill water bottles and drink from them, uh, it's much better now. I'm so glad I can now fill bottles with water instead of buying water crates. I can lift it higher to fill larger things like a humidifier or larger dispensers. Our (16 year old) well water was tested to be safe but always had a strange smell. My husband says it's from where the dinosaurs died. (And who knows, a few years ago dinosaur bones were unearthed 20 miles away!). Yes, the filters are preinstalled when you receive this, so it's ready to go. New filters available, I have just ordered 2 recommended replacement filters in 6 months, they are $30 each. Let's see if I need a $100 filter pack in a year or a whole new $120 system. Anyway, this system solved my bad water problem. Love it!
