Review on 🔋 BEZGAR High-Performance Waterproof Rechargeable Hobbyist Batteries by David Sanchez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sensitive handling but decent truck

Had a friendly race with family and bought about 10 different 1/16 scale RC cars, out of 10 I have 6 usable ones left. This one was usable but was quickly shelved due to the very sensitive control, I find the servo a bit more sensitive than some of the others. It also has two 1000mah lipo batteries which were among the best and we used them on other trucks all day. It's a little quicker than other vehicles we've driven and overall it ran a little faster than other trucks. This probably contributes to the feeling of unsteady handling. I ran them one by one to decide what I liked and didn't like, and while this one is faster, its center aisle is noticeably louder than the others, it's the fastest and most fun truck. I managed to set the best lap time on this truck. We had a day of family racing with some 1/16th scale trucks and it was a lot of fun. After a day of racing I ran them all again to get a feel for each and I rated them lower. I would highly recommend the top 2 especially for beginners, they handle very well and are a pleasure to ride. Some of the others were a little disappointing but I was able to figure them all out after a few rounds. FCoreey 1/16; 40 km/h Best handling truck with fun driving DeeRC 1/16; 36 km/h Same truck as FCoreey, maybe with different engine, but both are great race trucks JJRC 1/16; 36 km/h is almost the same as the buggy below, fun driving is well handled by Hosim 1/16 buggy; 36 km/h driving pleasure Shock absorbers need oil Bezgar 6 1/16; 42 km/h. The fastest, but there are problems with management. 36 km/h Looks like a jeep, all shock absorbers bounce and rock hard. There were a couple I bought that didn't work, one was a JJRC truck, the second works great, the first had an issue with the ESC preventing it from continuing. I also tried a DeeRC 9305E 1/18 Buggy which is supposed to be faster than most of these trucks but it isn't and the one I got had a bad steering servo and some other issues. The other one I tried was the Funtech 1/18, it's rated for 48km/h, but it didn't work right away and I didn't want to mess with it after the DeeRC 1/18 releases. The last of the failed attempts was the 1/16 scale Eachine EC08, it kinda worked but had a lot of quirks: automatic braking when you let off the gas which isn't great for racing (useful for climbing), it also had a weak servo and mine had a few other problems as well. If you've gotten this far, a final note: I used an automatic lap counter that worked amazingly well for tracking lap and race times. It's called LapMonitor and it's very inexpensive. We used 5 trucks at once and he had no problem following all the laps. Give them a try if you have a backyard lane and need a more accurate monitoring system, it's worth it. I ordered some extra transponders from France last Monday and received them on Thursday which was good as we were racing on Saturday.
