I've had this for a little over a month now and use it almost every day for several hours at a time. -3 hours. Keeps my tea from going into really rough, cold territory - doesn't keep it HOT for 2 hours, but keeps it at that nice average temperature that usually occurs about ten minutes after placing the mug on the table. Warm, not hot. That's all I really had to do. Is the auto shut off effective and hasn't my house burned down yet? Got this to set up my home office and will be buying a second one later for my work - wanted to see how it works before I get the second one and I'm happy and will be getting a second one asap.
