Easy installation. When installing on a 2017 Wrangler JKU, you must lay down the tabs on these latches. No more lifting the hood when driving down the freeway.

They fit our 2012 JK, you only need to cut two prongs. We are actually very satisfied, despite the annoying comments. They're meaty and firm and it looks amazing! Do not be shy.

Great upgrade to keep it looking new, only complaint is the bonnet latch levers are spring loaded and if you want to close the bonnet you have to push them out to open. Otherwise very stable and looks great!

Much easier than the pair of Drake's that used to be at my JKU. The only difficulty is finding the bottom screw behind the screw in the inner fender. I used a small 1/4 socket wrench to get there. Once you have done this, you are free at home.

A must have upgrade for all Jeep JK owners (this item may also fit the JL). Easy installation with slight modification - cut tabs to align the plastic trim (fender side). The entire installation took about 30 minutes with a basic set of tools.

They were easy to install even for a beginner. Used the bearing holes. My only issues were getting to the internal bolts, and that's a Jeep thing. Very solid and clean looking. Much better than an OEM that decided to go downhill...but either way, it's a great extra that also has its own value.

The alignment tabs didn't fit perfectly in the original holes so I removed them slightly. The central bolt carries the entire load and is made of high quality stainless steel. This arrangement is actually better because the clamp can self-align when the clamp is closed. Does not bend and is very durable. Looks better than the stock latch. Impressed by the price.

Very easy installation in JK. Use a 13mm ratchet wrench and pull the grille forward and the old gray rubber scraps will pop off easily. Looks a lot better. Perhaps due to the lack of QS on the Jeep part, one side is tighter than the other but still holds the hood well. Obviously there is no latch function, but I have a center screw for the hood, so I don't need it.
