Love this stand mixer

I already have a Kitchen Aid 12 cup stand mixer but I got tired of lugging it out of storage when I needed to use it because it was too big for me was desk (and most workers. seats). This machine was bought because it would fit nicely on the counter. I actually use this device a lot more now. In contrast to my predecessor, this model is very easy to clean. That's a big plus for me. I also like how the lid fits the bowl. The lid is in the bowl. So when you do something with the flour, it stays in the bowl instead of making a big mess on the table. As for durability, I can't decide because I haven't had it long enough, but it seems to suit the tasks I'm using it for. UPDATE - now I can talk about quality. BAD. I haven't had this processor for even 1 year and it hasn't been used much but it died in the middle of making cookie dough. The food processor should be able to handle it, but this one isn't. It's a shame because I really liked the design. I expected a lot more from Kitchenaid. Replaced by Cuisinart; and that's before work. Don't waste your time with this.
