Review on Blendoor by Ellington Gardner

The most wonderful thing about blendor is that it allows you as an employer or recruiter access into your candidate's social media profiles without them knowing! This has helped me find some amazing talent I would have never thought of otherwise (and this goes for both candidates AND potential employees). There are so many options available when using mixnor but they do require more work than other platforms out there which can be time consuming if one isn't used too often with their platform/toolset; however once familiarized everything becomes easier thoughout all aspects in my opinion - interview process through profile search etc..
