Easy, quick and reliable app - Great resource

I really like that it's easy for me as an applicant or recruiter to find potential candidates who are looking at my skill set/experience in their field of work. It also allows them to provide feedback so they can improve themselves moving forward! No real dislike about this program yet but nothing is perfect :) If you're thinking about using blendor please do your research before jumping right into signing up with any platform!! There have been times where there was no way we could search…

Pros
  • Easy access great UI, very user friendly.
  • Search function works well (even though not 100% accurate)
  • Abilityto add custom fields suchas experience level etc..allowing applicants easier waysof finding jobs matching qualifications neededfor positions available within certain departmentsor companies.etc..this helps recruiters narrow down searches much quicker than having too siftthrough hundreds upon thousands offundamental resumes without these toolsavailable

The most wonderful thing about blendor is that it allows you as an employer or recruiter access into your candidate's social media profiles without them knowing! This has helped me find some amazing talent I would have never thought of otherwise (and this goes for both candidates AND potential employees).
