I was getting ready to sell my house and had just replaced the downstairs outside A/C unit. $3000. 2 weeks before sale, I got a leak in my HVAC. Had an HVAC tech come out and service it, he thought it just needed freon. Took less than 2 days for all that to leak out and downstairs ceased cooling again. Had him come out again and he said it would be another $3000 to replace the HVAC. I wasn't trying to pay 3 grand so the next owners of my house could be super comfortable so I searched and found this product. Followed the directions to a tee and within a few hours, the downstairs unit was holding steady at 69 degrees and is still working fine to this day according to the new owners. Total lifesaver and easy on the wallet.
