Pros: Great price Very durable Very good vertical adjustment range, good enough to go from sitting to standing with a computer monitor Very wide adjustment range for best viewing angle and distance Adjustable counterweight works great When you use it choose, the monitor stays in the vertical position in which you place it. Cons: Only larger mounting screws are included (perhaps for TVs vs PC monitors?) so I had to find smaller screws to mount a 32" computer monitor. Cable. easily fall out of the cable management system, I had to attach a piece of black tape to hold them in place. Difficult to set the level, a built in level would help a lot. Considering the price, I would buy this mount again before looking at other similar mounts that are usually twice the price (and might not even solve these problems). I was skeptical when I received this but it turned out to be a very good TV/monitor mount.
