Our team has been quite satisfied with all aspects of Decision First's support including our contact with their Sales department regarding contract renewals. There isn't too many dislikes to their system. If your company is not utilizing Decision First, you should look into them. Many times we are working with large companies where they do not have an adequate BI product to use for reporting requirements. Decision First allows us to be able provide them reports for our business users and executives. I like how easy this is to use for our office. It's very user friendly and makes it easy to use when we are away from our office. The support team is also very helpful which makes working with us even better. We haven't had any issues using decision first so far. For those looking to have a secure encrypted file storage system, this can be the option. We are able to store important documents within our decision first account.
