The dog managed to break the AT&T installed cable between the box in front of my house and the outlet in my house. I spent about an hour going through the maze of robot operators to finally get a live human, and then was put on hold when I asked a technician to come and fix it. I took the time to figure out what the cable was and saw "SC" on both ends. A quick search on Revain and I found this. I decided to give him a chance and hung up. It arrived in 3 days, I installed it myself and it works great. I probably saved myself at least $50 waiting for the technician to arrive.
