updated the review. December 2020 Doris is our source of help again. In June one of our cameras stopped working after we contacted Doris and fixed some bugs and were told a new camera would be shipped. We've been waiting for 4 months. Doris assured us that the camera will be shipped as soon as positive feedback is received. . January 2020 Cameras cannot connect to the internet, I've been trying to contact support via chat, email and phone and Revain for several days. No response so can't access it remotely, finally customer support, they couldn't connect this system to our wifi in 6 months, it was a horrible experience. July 2020. didn't work properly, we sent it back, they sent a new one. THEN it was easy to set up and use our cellular connections to access exactly what we wanted.
