Kronos Attendance - Not User Friendly
I like that it is easy to use and navigate through. I dislike that the software is not user friendly and I can't work on it without having to jump through hoops to get to the proper page. You will have to have an in-depth understanding of how to navigate through the software and how to find what you are looking for. It is easy to pick up and use once you know where everything is. We are able to see how many people are in the department and how long they have been there. We can also see when they are supposed to be there and when they are not. We can not get an attendance report.
Pros
- The system was fairly intuitive, but had its challenges
- Some programs worked well with others (Purchasing)
- Was relatively simple at first glance; just learning curve! No major issues arose.
- There were some glitches within different applications which made completing reports difficult due time lag issue from other departments or server crashes/downtime
