Finally a product that works as advertised. I cringed at the thought of having to buy an OEM toner and went against my wits by buying aftermarket toner. but the cost of the OEM was almost the same as the cost of the device. Enter True Image Toner. I was skeptical but now I'm glad I made my choice. These instructions were clear on how to transfer and place the chip on my old OEM toner. came with good tweezers to make it even easier. Toner refilled, the printer has done its job and that's it. from the first impression of the nipples it was pretty obvious they would work fine. great color and saturation. Neither I nor my wife saw any anomalies in the prints. Thank you True Image for actually selling a product that lives up to its claims. FYI, this color laser printer is used for our business and the printouts are used for marketing mailings. We will be buying more from this particular brand and supplier. Thanks J
